Applicants may check their status of appeal into the 2013/2014 academic session of the IPTA programme for students after STPM (or equivalent).
This appeal is made by applicants who failed to receive an offer after applying for the programme.

More information on UPU e-Appeal Application
Recently, UPU Malaysia has announced that appeal offer is subject to availability after the registration of new students at the beginning of September 2013. Student may submit their UPU appeal appplication before the deadline specified hereunder.
Students can make 2 options new appeal application or the same as in the first application. The appeal decision will be announced in the second week of September 2013. Update will be posted here soon.
For applicants diploma / equivalent categories, be sure to send the documents as requested in the application form to the selection IPTA before August 1, 2013.

Successful applicants of the appeal can check their offer information and print out the offer letter at the IPTA website.
Appeal results are final. Should applicants not receive any news from the IPTA after after the specified deadline, they are to consider themselves rejected.
