Criteria

* Malaysian
* Age Below 25 years during Application
* Does not have First Degree
* Parents/Siblings/Applicant are not borrowers or guarantors to any loan scheme or government scholarship.
* Parents/Siblings/Applicant does not have any outstanding loan repayment and are not blacklisted in any government loan scheme
* Parents/Siblings/Applicant have never breached any government scholarship contract* Only one member of the family are eligible to obtain loans at any one time.
* Application of other family members will only be considered after the previous borrower has pay back the loan at least 6 months and
* For the twinning program, loans are provided only for the period of study outside the country.
