Shell Malaysia Scholarship one of the most popular scholarship in Malaysia is now open for interested and qualified student to submit their application.

The Shell Malaysia scholarship is offered for both local and overseas universities. If you are interested read on for more information about this scholarship opportunity.

Criteria

1. Strong leadership skills and active participation in extracurricular activities such as societies and clubs, sports, etc.
2. Not presently holding other scholarship/loans.
3. Disabled Identification Card certified by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (where applicable)4. Consistently strong academic achievements as follows:FOR LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP:
a. Strong academic results in the STPM (minimum 3A’s & 1B) or A-Levels (minimum 2A’s & 1B)
b. Minimum of 3.5 CGPA at Matriculation / Diploma level
c. For OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIP:Strong academic results in the STPM Trial Examination (minimum 3A’s & 1B) or A-Levels Forecast Results (minimum 2A’s & 1B)and minimum of 3.5 CGPA at Matriculation / Diploma level

Preferred discipline

a. Any Oil and Gas field related degrees (Eg. Technical Engineering, logistics and supply chain management etc)
b. *Students with physical disabilities (Orang Kurang Upaya) are not restricted in their choice and may apply to do a degree in any discipline.
For overseas scholarship:
a. Any Technical Engineering (Eg. Including and not limited to Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering etc)
b. Any Geosciences Discipline (Eg. Geomatics, Geology etc)

How to apply

1. Download and complete application form
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview.
3. Incomplete Application Form and late submission will be rejected.If you do not receive any reply your application is therefore considered unsuccessful.
4. Only completed application received via the online registration portal will be processed. Please do not email or post your application.
5. You may only apply for 1 (one) scholarship, either local OR overseas and NOT both. 6. Applications may be submitted based on the latest semester results (for Matriculation, Diploma and ‘A’ Levels students) or trial examination results (for STPM students).
7. Shell Malaysia reserves the right to verify the information provided. Shell Malaysia aims to reflect the diversity of the communities it works in and will award the scholarships on this basis.
