Scholarship Info

Incorporated in 1962, Tasek Corporation Bhd specialises in the production of cement. It has annual rated production capacity of 250,000 tonnes in its present plant in Ipoh.

Its training and development department is looking for qualified candidates for its scholarship grant.

Criteria

The followings are the criteria for this scholarship:

  1. Malaysian citizen
  2. Has graduates or full-time student who has obtained admission to pursue or currently pursuing studies at established universities
  3. Good academic results and extra-curricular activities are added advantage
  4. Applicant must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or award from other organisations or foundations or is bonded by any educational institution or organisation
  5. Successful applicant will have to enter into an agreement to serve the company for a specified period of time upon graduation

This scholarship (Biasiswa Tasek) is open for the following preferred disciplines.

1. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Mechanical
2. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Electrical
3. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Chemical
4. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Materials and Mineral Resources
5. Bechelor of Engineering (Hons.) Mechatronics
6. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Process and Technology
